Annual Reaccrediation for UKCP

Due to the amount of administration required to process the Reaccreditation for UKCP registration, we are not able to process any incomplete submissions. Therefore, please take extra care to ensure you submit all required documents.

All document uploads are completed at the end of the form. Due to data protection requirements, uploaded files cannot be saved if you leave and return to the form later. For this reason, uploading your documents is the final step before signing the declaration and submitting your form.

UKCP asks that you submit a CPD log every 5 years. Here at IFT we know from experience, that a yearly review space enables your CPD record to be both accurate and for your continuous learning to be threaded into a meaningful development plan. We therefore ask that you take the time to complete the following form every year.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Please give details of professional indemnity insurance and enclose a photocopy of the current certificate of insurance OR a photocopy of the written assurance of current cover from your agency.

Malpractice MUST be covered as part of your insurance for all members.
