Step 1 of 4

You must submit this form at the earliest opportunity. Claims submitted less than 1 week before submission will not hear a response by the submission date.

Claims that do not include relevant information or documentary evidence will not be considered.  Relevant information in particular means showing how circumstances were unpredictable, beyond your control, and impacted on your ability to study.  It is your responsibility to anticipate common computer difficulties, and mitigation is unlikely to be granted on these grounds.

Late applications will only be considered if you are able to provide strong justification for not meeting the deadline.

Acceptance of Mitigating Circumstances Claims is at the discretion of IFT. All information submitted as a claim of mitigating circumstances will be treated as confidential.

All claims should include wherever possible original independent documentary evidence, e.g. medical certificate. If you fail to provide this information your claim will not be considered.
