Building Communities of Practice

An invigorating morning with the Communities of Practice groups was held today at IFT.   Participants and facilitators joined together to explore the learning and developments during the months since the creation of the COP in December 2020.   People generously shared their ideas, experiences  and hopes for the journey that has been and the journey(s) ahead.  An opportunity to get involved will follow – with those who wish to continue and those who wish to join or wish to create their own COP group. Watch this space for further opportunities to reflect and connect.  Also check out the Communities of Practice webpage for updates and further information coming soon. http://ift.org.uk/communities-of-practice/
