Peter Stratton introduces our new lunchtime research seminars

Thursday 16th September 12:30 to 2pm.  Peter Stratton, emeritus Professor of Family Therapy at Leeds University, kicks off our new season of lunchtime research seminars. Peter will ground his presentation in how research can be of great use in helping clients in our current political climate. He says, ‘outcome research can be thought of as a journey on a path towards an unpredictable but hopefully worthwhile  destination. The path can be rough, but the travel along it is likely to offer experiences of surprise, interest and even enjoyment. In the end it might be the travel, as much as the destination, that makes the journey worthwhile.’ This seminar will be of use to all those who wish to ground their practice in systemic ideas, in whatever field of practice.  It will be particularly relevant for those in social care, education, or health settings. It will be of particular interest to students.  Come and have a nibble of research at lunchtime! Book now for 1.5 hours of CPD for just £10!
