Leonard Fagin works as an adult psychiatrist who has specialised in studying and developing psychological and community approaches to treating mental health disorders.   He started the second Kidstime workshop in 2009. He has been the Lord Chancellor’s Medical Visitor for the Office of the Public Guardian, as well as advisor to many services as well as the Care Quality Commission.
