Lynne is an experienced systemic psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer.  She has 14 years’ experience working with families within children’s social care, CORE CAMHS in the NHS and in the private sector.  She is a registered social worker and for the last 8 years has been in Cambridgeshire County Council as a clinician in the safe guarding teams. In this role she has been the lead for systemic training and more recently is practicing in the looked after children’s teams.  She recently headed up an action research project using ideas from open dialogue.  This project looked at the networks around complex cases, open to both CAMHS and social care. She has previously been a tutor on the Anglia Ruskin University systemic training course.  She is interested in how to support practitioners in frontline work in developing systemically informed practice that is most effective for families in high pressure contexts.  More recently this has included working with foster carers and adoptive parents in their frontline work.   She is also a wife and mother of two children and lives in South Cambridgeshire.
