Sandie is a systemic therapist and an Independent Social Work Consultant with forty five years experience of working across Children’s Social Care, Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services, Adult Mental Health Services & multi-disciplinary Senior Management.  She has been a researcher with the British Association for Adoption & Fostering and, more recently for the DfE Partnership Projects in Social Work with the Tavistock School of Social Work, Goldsmiths, Manchester, Sussex & Newcastle Universities.

Sandie has contributed to the training of professionals across multi-disciplinary groups, with special interest in collaborations with Social Care.

In addition to working on our in-house and agency based courses, Sandie is also a Visiting Lecturer and Tutor for Goldsmiths’ University School of Therapeutic & Community Studies.
