The Institute works with commissioners to design and implement courses that are structured to meet the specific needs of your team or organisation.

This may range from 2 or 3 day courses to introduce how you might use systemic practice in your workplace, to more detailed courses aimed at your specific client group.

Recently we have provided:
A four day training for a voluntary agency working with families at risk to introduce systemic skills and target the application of these to their client groups.

A 15 day foundation level training (in line with AFT guidelines) for a children’s residential organisation to give a solid systemic foundation to their work with teenagers involved in gangs, child sexual exploitation and sexually harmful behaviour.

A series of 2 day workshops for a local authority to introduce systemic concepts and practices across their entire workforce.

A foundation level training for a national organisation working with couples to embed systemic practice in their work focusing on conflict resolution in the couples and families with whom they work.

A number of 5 day management training days in local authorities across the country. Many 5 day courses for newly qualified social workers to take systemic practice into the field.
